Disforija began in 2002 as a four piece playing a dirty garage in Lithuanian city of Jonava.
During the first 8 years of existence band played a lot of chaotic Noise-core style shows that were followed by multiple line up changes and during the last decade only the 2 original members remain. Few splits and full length albums came to be during this time, but band members were also involved in other local acts like - Attaktix, Faršas, Stranguliatorius, P.K.I.K.T. etc.
This is the first studio album in 10 years after "Grindo Tetis" which was released back in 2010 and now it's leaning towards classic old-school Grindcore, so it's a very special moment in Disforija's history.

Dysphoria (in Lithuania Disforija) is a profound state of unease or dissatisfaction. In a psychiatric context, dysphoria may accompany depression, anxiety, or agitation. Common reactions to dysphoria include emotional distress; in some cases, even physical distress. The opposite state of mind is known as euphoria.
